I am out of space. I have deleted old form submissions and that does not seem to have helped. What can I do?

    I have a free account that says I am out of space. I have deleted old form submissions and that does not seem to have helped. What can I do?

    Please note that deleting the submissions will not reset the submission counter. 

    You received 1 payment submission this month and that is the limit for the Free account. 

    You can upgrade your account to enable your forms. More about different account types and limits you can find on our Pricing page.

    If you don't want to upgrade you have to wait for the submission counter to reset, which will be on the first day of each month.

    Hi Steve,

    I noticed that you recently reached the File Upload Limit of 100MB for the Free plan. To clear the Upload Limit, you need to delete the submission with an attachment file and please take note that deleted submissions are not recoverable.     However, I can see that you have upgraded your account to the Bronze plan. You can now receive up to 10 GB file upload. For more information about account usage and limits, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

    My account is not showing that it has been upgraded.  We paid 190.00 last fall order # 109121826 but it looks like we are still getting the free parameters on your site.  What can I do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. It appears like the payment notification did not reach our servers. Your account has been manually upgraded, so your Bronze yearly plan is good until Feb 16, 2019.
