How to disable unique submissions?

If some one submit one form and want to submit another form they are blocked. What do I need to do to let them send more then one form?

The reason your form is only allowing one submission is because your form has ben configured to only accept unique submisisons. Kindly follow the guide below on you can find unique submissions configurations
