    Hi

We are getting our heads around GDPR here in the UK.

We are customers of Jotform.  I can see here: https://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/ that you have thought about GDPR and do I understand correctly that if we transfer our data to Germany our use of Jotform will be GDPR compliant form builder.

    Is that correct?

Also I clicked the link to transfer our data and not much seemed to happen.  Is there a way to check it has got transfered?

Finally do you have any recommendations for using JotForm whilst staying compliant with GDPR?

    Thanks

I think just transferring the data to our EU data center will be enough to stay compliant with GDPR, I have checked your account and I can see your data has not been transferred yet.

In order to transfer it, please go to this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data and check the "Europe Datacenter" option, there you may also confirm that your data has been moved on.

If you are still unable to transfer your data, please let us know.

Great news! JotForm is GDPR compliant now. You can find more details here: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr/

Also, we offer data processing addendums (DPAs) for our customers that operate in the EU. If you would like to sign a DPA, Feel free to send your request: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr/dpa/
