How to hide title on my forms?

Has this been resolved I need to know how to hide my title on my forms?!?!

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the title on card layout. However, maybe you can edit it using the source code and deleting the title or hiding it. How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
