How can I get a Text section of a form to print as part of the submission?

    For some reason, a text section of my form is being omitted as part of the submission. It's the consent form section at the bottom. Please advise as to how I can have it included with submission data.

    May we know where is it omitting the data? 

    Is it on the submissions page, PDF report or email notification? 

    If it's for submissions page and PDF report, then the reply you received on this thread will help you doing so, please kindly check this: 

    If you're referring to the email notifications, then the static text will need to be manually added to the email template. 

    You may also provide us more details about your question in case we misunderstood it.

    Hi Kevin,

    When I receive a submission, the text block at the bottom, above the signature is omitted. Please explain how to add the text to an email template. I am not familiar with that - I thought that any text added to the form would be automatically included. Thanks!

    Inside of this guide, you can find how to edit/customize the email template: 

    How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications and Autoresponders

    You can copy the text from the From Builder and paste it inside of the Email template.
