Is there a way to link email in form to my autoresponder?

I'm trying to figure out if there is some way to capture the email address from my "help me help you" form and have it automatically put them in my Get Response autoresponder.  I got an API key from get response and added that, but I'm not sure how this all works.

Oh I wasn't in that field, I think I was on the integration tab. What I would like to do is post this form link in my facebook group, when people fill it out I would like to capture their email directly into my get response autoresponder so they are on my email list. Is that possible?
