Hi, I have the new jotform cards enabled but now the placeholder names don't display in the pdf print outs which was a major plus for our business. They display on screen but not when printed off. What it prints is the curly brackets input {firstName}. Any idea how to remedy this please?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Based on the screenshots you provided I have assumed that this is the form you are having issues with — https://www.jotformeu.com/form/71523669184362

I have created a clone version of your form and made a couple of test submission. However, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you are having.

Are you trying to print the submissions from the submissions page?

I tried that but I haven't encountered the issue you described.

I also tried downloading the PDF copy of the submission first, but I still cannot reproduce the issue.

We will be glad to help you with your concern. May we know the exact steps you are taking to print the submissions, please? May we also know the browser, device, and/or other application (if there's any) that you are using when printing the submission?

We will wait for your response.

First of all, thank you for the video you created to further describe the issue you are experiencing. I am also using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 and I have followed every single step you took there, however, I still cannot reproduce the issue you are having. As far as I see, you are using your Google Chrome browser to view the PDF copy of submission that you downloaded and that is where the issue appears.

Can you make sure that your Google Chrome browser is up to date, please?

Also, may I suggest that you try using a PDF reader, like Adobe Reader, to view the PDF file that you downloaded, please? A print option is also available there.

I will also ask one of my colleagues that belongs to the same region as yours (EU) to test the issue you are having.
