Hi- I am playing with the system and I see that I received notification that I have exceeded my monthly limit for form views? What is a form view? There is no chance I've reached 1000 :) but maybe??

I'm trying to understand if I will be able to use the free version of jot form or not. thank you!

Form view is sometimes referred as impression and it is any type of loading the form. So if you have a page on your website that gets 1.000 views per month and embed the form on the same page, you are OK with the free plan - as long as form views go. Each time someone loads your page would load the form and that would be a form view.If someone goes to edit their submission - that is another example of a form view.

I have checked your form and you have form views from same IP address. If I may ask is your form used in university or a college mostly. I will need to know this for us to seen next steps we can take. You can view your form analytics by using the link below after you have logged in to your account.

Hello- thank you! This is a private for-profit business. All of the views so far were just me trying to make the form and sharing it with a few others.
I’m also wondering if form templates can somehow be shared with other jotform users?

Your own views should never be counted though for as long as you're logged in to your JotForm Account while viewing the form. For others who view it though, either through the form's direct link or the embedded form on your website, they will always be counted as views.

You can share a form you created as a template if your goal is to share it with the public.

But if you just need to share it with a colleague/friend, then giving the them the FORM URL would suffice. From there, they can clone it to their own JotForm account if they want.
