Why are we getting "PCI ERROR ON TRANSACTION" error on authorize.net payment

    Hi, we built a donation form.  The recurring monthly and annual payment options work, but when we test the one-time payment option, we get the error: PCI ERROR ON TRANSACTION, Interval length must be between 7 and 365 days.


    Can you please show us what we are doing wrong on our donation form to fix this?  We need to do this immediately if you can.  917.363.3872.

    There are restrictions for Authorize.net subscriptions/recurring payments, once off payment does not work in ARB:

     A Once off payment doesn’t apply on ARB. So entering -1 in the “Recurring Billing Count” field will not work.
