I have downloaded 100MB of data, which apparently is my limit. How do I remove those entries from your server so I can get more submissions?

I reviewed your account/username ghargadon and I found it was already in Overlimit status due to exceeded limit -- upload storage limit.
To reactivate the account, you have 2 options available.
1. Upgrade the subscription to paid plan to get expanded limits. Upgrading to paid plan will immediately take effect and will reactivate the account right away.
2. Delete submissions on your forms that have submission upload on them.
You can delete those with uploads only and retain other submissions that do not have uploads.
