We don’t understand why you have the option to convert all text typed to uppercase, the email we receive has also that uppercase request, but the PDF doesn’t.
I also saw that someone in 2015 posted the same question and the problem wasn’t fix.
it had been two years. Could you please help us?

The methods that actually work for the email and the web form will not work on the submission itself, that's why it's not possible to have the text on uppercase with the PDF report.
I'm forwarding this as feature request to our second level, although we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented, we will keep you updated via this thread.
