What happens when I exceed the payment submissions, views and storage?

And the payment submissions, views and storage? I know that the forms are disabled when it exceeds submission or form limit of the downgrade.

The payment submissions and form views will be reset back to 0 every first day of the month. The Total storage is the amount you can hold for your account.

Here's an example:

For the Free plan, you are only allowed to have a total submission storage of 500. These 500 are the most recent submissions that you received. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received.

What happens when you, before downgrading, is over free account's storage limit?

On the FREE PLAN, the STORAGE LIMIT for the total number of submissions is 500. When you reach this limit, nothing will happen on your account. The only downside of this is the situation explained by John:

For the other limits though (e.g. payment submissions, monthly submissions, form views, etc.), your forms will be disabled once you hit any of those monthly limits. Your options from that point on are to:

1. Either wait for the 1st day of the next month

2. Or upgrade to a higher tier plan

I mean not submission storage, but yes data storage.

Also, what happens if, for example, you are Silver, has 10 forms and downgrade to Free, that only allows 5 forms?

When you downgrade your plan from Silver subscription to free, your forms will still be available and active but you cannot create anymore forms.
