I have three forms and no entries, yet I'm told I need to upgrade? Help!

Upon checking your account, I see that you have received 5 payments for the month. As a free subscriber, you are only limited to 1 payment submission. As to such, you have reached your monthly limits resulting to your forms to be temporarily disabled.
