Managing subsequent changes to applications

Our form is working well (except for the deposit amount being changed on submit, but that's part of another question).

This question, is if the user wants to amend their application (eg add a new person, change a meals option etc etc), can they resubmit their form?

Or do they need to email us and then we alter their form for them with Jotform and resend it to them?

Or is there another option?

If I understand you correctly, you want to give your respondents an option to edit their submissions later. To achieve that, my recommendation is to create an Autoresponder email and include the Edit link there.
