I am looking for a form to send contract to clients for signature

I am looking through your products and it's great to see so many options! I was hoping you can help me find the right one for me. 

I am a photography and I need to send my contracts for clients to sign and then pay me my session fee. Can you help me find a photography contracts that you think is most popular for this need? Also, will I be able to keep track of the forms on your website? 

From what I can read, you need your future form to include a signature and to have a payment integration. Am I right?
