Creating a big survey where user can submit only once

Hi, we are interested in create one survey for a public of 4.ooo persons more or less. But it will be once. Is it possible with JotForm?

My understanding is that you want to limit the submission for each individual to prevent duplicate submission. Yes, this is possible with JotForm.

You can set a Unique Submission in your form. This will prevent multiple submissions from the same IP or same browser. Here's a guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.

You may also set a Unique Question so that the same value entered in the field will not be allowed to submit anymore. Here's a guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.

I recommend you upgrade to Silver plan if you are expecting 4,000 submissions per month. Here's a guide: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account.

Excuse me because I did not write my questions well.
I wanted to know if there is the possibility of doing a single survey, with several questions, for a group of people of about 4.000 persons. I see you have subscriptions for several months. But we want to do the survey only once, or maybe once every year.

Yes, you create a single form with several fields or several questions. There is currently no limit on the number o fields on the form.

For a group of people of about 4.000 persons

We have a monthly submissions limit. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 100 submissions every month. It means that only 100 users can submit to that form. The counter resets every 1st day of the month. It means that you can receive another 100 submissions for the next month.

I see you have subscriptions for several months. But we want to do the survey only once, or maybe once every year.

If you are expecting more than 100 submissions every month, then I suggest you upgrade to the Bronze plan. You may also upgrade to Silver plan if it is more than 1,000 submissions.

Please take note that we have a monthly plan. It means that you can upgrade only for 1-2 months. You just need to cancel the subscription before it renews automatically for the next month.
