You're right. The JotForm Branding should not be there the fact that you are already a paid user and the JotForm branding is unchecked in your account.
The issue seems to be specific with form.jotform.com domain only since it is not showing on www.jotform.com. I have escalated this to our developers so they can further investigate. For now, there's a permanent fix by using the following domain.
We will let you know once the problem on form.jotform.com is fixed.

The problem seems to be fixed. I checked your form through https://form.jotform.com/Ejol/nos-tasks and no JotForm branding appears.
