How do I move fields to other page?

My form is necessarily long.  But I need to have page breaks so I don't have a question on one page and the answer on another when it is printed.  I have tried dragging over Page Break, to to no effect.  For example, on the first page  I want the Teacher name, email etc to drop down to a second page.  And as the form goes along, be able to drop down other fields so the question and answer are on the same page.  Want also to be able to separated major categories so their entirety is on one page.  Please help.  thank you.

I have checked your JotForm and see that there are already page breaks. It seems that the fields are already set correctly in each page separately. Were you able to fix the issue? If you need any further assistance or referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
