i received a failed payment notification from plimus last week .. it was because i had needed to change my credit card info . i logged in to plimus and changed the info.. but then i got an 'account downgraded' notification from jotform today..
i dont want to be charged twice, so please tell me how to proceed.

This was the message on Plimus: "This transaction is not authorized due to restrictions by your bank. Please use a different card or contact your bank for assistance".
It looks like you are below monthly limits. So, you should not have problems on your account. You can re-upgrade when you need it. So, this error will save you money. :)
