Auto emails wont update fields

Hi,

I generally duplicate existing forms and make changes to some of the fields.

On the autoresponder and notifier emails however, the table doesn't update automatically for the field changes made to the form.

how do I get the fields to automatically update on the outgoing and incoming emails?
