Hello. One of my clients is having some difficulty with Jotform and you payment system Plimus. We transferred an account our marketing agency created over to our clients but the account was cancelled because Plimus kept charging us and would not transfer the account to our client. We were able to do this successfully We really need to speak with someone over the phone rather than emailing back and forth. Is this possible? If so, please provide me a phone number.
