Hey. We have tons of coupon codes in our stripe platform. when entered into our form it does nothing. Doesn't change the amount or anything else. When I finish the checkout and go to the new subscription on Stripe that discount coupon was not applied. The original amount still shows. So no where in this process is it accepting the code, it doesn't say invalid or anything though.
The settings seem to be correct.
Also, if I enter a random number it does the same thing. The subtotal reloads and doesn't change and the coupon doesn't say accepted/denied or anything.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you,
I was able to replicate this issue on my test form with Stripe integrations (on Test mode). However, the issue will be fixed if you add subscriptions and coupons manually instead of fetching them from your Stripe account as a temporary solution. I have forwarded this issue for further investigation. You will be notified via this thread once it is fixed.
Thank you for your understanding.

"Issue will be fixed if you add subscriptions and coupons manually"? How so? (We have active subscriptions and 100+ coupons made in Stripe, we can't redo them.)
Thank you for your response and further investigation.

I think my colleague is referring to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/233-How-to-Add-Coupon-Code-to-Payment-Forms
By the way, our developer is now checking the issue and we will contact you again on this thread once we have any updates.
