the above link is our form. the last line "how did you find us" is showing but not responding. I updated - saved and re-embedded the code to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks much..

Can you please tell us which browser you're having this issue. So far I tried them on my 3 existing browsers, and I could not reproduce it.

Hello.. Thanks for the speedy response. I am using FireFox. Since I've change the form - I removed 1 line titled "special instructions" and moved that last line "how did you find us" up. The form shows it as updated - yet when I send a trial the email shows the previous layout and the last line does not seem to work. It seems to me it is not updating. Thanks

Hi, I believe I may have found the problem due to the fact that you removed it. I noticed in your email alerts you have it set up but the mentioned field is missing from your getdata list. Take a look -
You need to add that to your email alert and it will get the data so that it appears and shows you properly. That's why you aren't seeing or finding it other wise it should appear as normal reguardlesss of whether it's a trial because if you remove that then it doesn't show up. The only way you would be able to check this outside of that would be via an integration or by physically going into your Submissions Recieved on jotform.
