Can I make a psychological test? with a PDF sent to the submissor?

    Hello,

    Ik have made a psychological test with 5 point rating per question from which the answers fall in 6 categories. Ik want to make this test online for people to fill it in and receive a PDF afterwards with own testresults. Can I make such thing with Jotform?

    I understand that you want to perform a calculation using the options selected on the form and then send the submission in PDF format. This is possible with JotForm by assigning the calculation values to the fields and perform a calculation using a Form calculation widget.     In order to receive the submission in PDF format, you may enable the option in the notification or autoresponder so that the PDF report shall be added automatically to the email.
