Form over quota

We are receiving a message that our form is over quota. We have the free level of service. We have received about 8 submissions on one form this month, but the pricing level looks like we would get up to 100 in one month. Thanks for any help.

Looks like you have accepted 10 payments on your form. On the free plan you can receive 1 payment per month on your account. And the counter resets on the first day of the month.
