Confirmation Email / Auto Respond Acting Strange...

    The auto respond that I have setup for a client form occasionally sends out even though the customer did not fufill the paypal order. So now we have people who did not pay via paypal with an email confirmation letter stating they have sucessfully made their purchase. I am not sure how to look into this and see why this is happenning? Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Using conditional logic on forms might solve this issue. By just simply create a condition on your form where If (Gala Tickets - Will Call Only) field (Is Filled) Then send (Auto Reseponder) email to ({email} user's email).
