What is the best option to calculate fields?

What should I use in form to allow the visitor to enter two basic information: text data (field ONE) and numeric data (field TWO).

Like in an excel spreadsheet.

IMPORTANT: field TWO should allow the form to calculate this data.

EX:

On PAGE ONE of the form:

Field one: "Department store"

Field two: "U $ 1,000.00"

In the form TWO PAGE:

Field one: "Fishing Shop"

Field two: "U $ 3,000.00"

My goal is to be able to calculate in the form the sum of U $ 1,000.00 + U $ 3,000.00 (ONE PAGE + TWO PAGE)
