when I receive an enquiry in my Outlook inbox and then search f.e. by email address if I have received already an enquiry from the same client before, all the old enquiries come up on Outlook, but not the one through Jotform.
I already have asked our computer guy, but he told me he doesn´t have an explanation for this, i should get in contact with Jotform.
Please let me know asap.

Like many other mail tools, Outlook does search your mailbox for the term that you are typing. If you can't find the ones from Jotform, then that means they do not contain the term that you are searching.
Please try narrowing down your search, try "f.e jotform" without quotes. If you are searching for an email address, you should type the whole address instead of just part of it.
