Electronic signature through email

Hello!  Can I use JotForm to email a form to a customer so they can electronically sign it?  Similar to how RightSignature works?  I'm interested it doing this for credit card payments, using the First Data plugin.  I would also need API functionally.  Is this possible?

You can add a signature field to your form and send a link of your form to your users via an email or you can embed a form to your website.
