Do you backup forms and data? Or how can I do it myself?

We are constantly replicating data across multiple servers to provide backup in case of a server failure. Although we backups regularly, those are merely for massive data restoration caused by server outages.

We can no longer restore lost data or forms caused by human (user) error. Sorry about that.

You can back up form submissions and file uploads by integrating your forms to external storage options such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or to your own server (via ftp protocol).

As for the actual forms, you can have them cloned under your account so you can have something to fall back to in case you have mistakenly modified or deleted your form.
