The random characters are added (prepended) to the file names from the widget that you are using (Drag and Drop Upload).
If you use the File Upload element from the list of elements in the FORM BUILDER, the file names will not change at all.
I will make a request to our developers if it is possible for the files to keep the original file name or if the random character can be added to the end of the file name (appended) instead of in the beginning.
We will let you know via this thread if there is an update on this.
