Cannot find where to change a title line in form when it is sent by email

    I have copied a form I created in 2015 and the title line  remains 2015 Online . . instead of current one which should be 2017 Online . . .  When a client pushes submit, I receive an email with 2017 Online . . . in the subject line but just below that in bright orange it says 2015 Online . . .  I have looked but cannot locate where to make that change.  Can you help?

    In order to update your Autoresponder and Notification email, you need to change their templates. 

    Please go to your form's Settings > select the Emails section > Edit the emails.
