I have copied a form I created in 2015 and the title line remains 2015 Online . . instead of current one which should be 2017 Online . . . When a client pushes submit, I receive an email with 2017 Online . . . in the subject line but just below that in bright orange it says 2015 Online . . . I have looked but cannot locate where to make that change. Can you help?Page URL:

In order to update your Autoresponder and Notification email, you need to change their templates.
Please go to your form's Settings > select the Emails section > Edit the emails.
