How do I limit the number of camps I can sell for each session so that I don't oversell them?

I am doing a summer camp registration form, and I've set up all the session with full and half day options. Now I want to be able to limit the number of camps I can sell for each session so that I don't oversell them (for example, I only have 8 spots available for session one, 10 for session two, etc.) How could I do this?

This is great for limited item/entry that needs to be picked or selected by the user. You can define the limit in each option in the widget settings. The quantity will be depleted on submissions.
