I have questions regarding my account/form limits

It's telling me I reached my FORM limit.. I've not even crated one yet!  I'm being forced to use this service because of Xara Web Designer as they do NOT provide any way to make a form from their software.  I'm sure they get a kick back for people who use YOUR serivce but that's not my concern as I do NOT plan to pay a 3rd party!  I was told this service is FREE, and now I can't create a form untill I PAY YOU?

I have checked the email address you have used in creating this forum question and I only see one account associated with it. The account is on a free subscription but it is not over its limits.
