Reached forms limit: How can I create new forms?

Asked on February 19, 2018 at 1:55 PM

I was trying to clone a form.  It stated that I need to upgrade or delete some forms.  I deleted some forms and it's still saying i need to upgrade.

I never had this issue before.  Please upgrade

    Thanks,

The limit of active forms for your account is 25, you currently have more than 34 active forms. Please note that your account was grandfathered and it was not applied to your current forms, it only applies if you need to create more  forms.

It's not needed to delete the forms and you may only disable them instead, disabled/archived forms will not count.

You may archive a form by going to My Forms page and clicking  on it, on the top toolbar click on the more button to get the delete and archive options:

If you need to create one form, then you will need to disable/archive the needed number of forms in order to have more room for a  new one. You can check the current number of active forms and the limit on this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    I hope this helps.

I deleted my forms.  Is there away  to retrieve it so I can Disable them.

Also, after I have disable some forms, it's still saying I'm over my limit

Please note that your form limit is 25, and your account has currently reached the limit. You have 25 forms. You would need to delete or archive one more form, so you can create or clone a new form.
