Why is this thing so slow? is it because i have the free version?

Jesus Christ, this thing is slow. I am trying to retrieve my submissions and when I click my inbox and the arrow to go to the next submission, its like we are back in 1992

do I need to pay for it to be better than this ?

Free and Paid subscribers have the same speed when accessing their forms. The only difference between Paid users is they have higher Form limits depending on the plan they have.

It seems to load just fine here, can you please tell us the Web Browser you used in checking your submissions, It would also be great using a different Web Browser such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to see if the performance is still the same.
