I am using the Input Table and I need to place multiple answers on the same row

Hello - I am using the input table on my form.  I need to place multiple answers on the same row.  How do I do that?

My understanding is that you want to allow the user to select multiple options in a single row. If yes, then please change the Input Type to "Check Box". Here's how:

In the Form Builder, select the "Input Table" and then click the "Properties" button. Go to "Fields" tab and change the "Input Type" to "Check Box".
