File Uploads: Why am I not allowed to upload other file than jpg?

i have made my form and linked it to my website however everytime I try to use the file upload form as if I were a customer it tells me I can upload my .jpg file ad when I go back to editor I have all file types listed as so:

*.BMP Bitmap Image File , *.DDS DirectDraw Surface , *.GIF Graphical Interchange Format File , *.JPG JPEG Image , *.PNG Portable Network Graphic , *.PSD Adobe Photoshop Document , *.PSPIMAGE PaintShop Pro Image , *.TGA Targa Graphic , *.THM Thumbnail Image File , *.TIF Tagged Image File , *.TIFF Tagged Image File Format , *.YUV YUV Encoded Image File , *.INDD Adobe InDesign Document , *.PCT Picture File , *.PDF Portable Document Format File
