Would like to get a Thank you page/redirect but I only see a back button

I'm trying to get a thank you page or redirect for the end of my form. I've tried both options in settings but when I preview or use the URL to test it, the last page only has a back button.

Is there another step I need to take?

Hello Laura, 

I checked your form but I see a submit button at the end just fine. Were you able to resolve the issue at hand? If not, can you give us a scenario on which fields were filled up to which will reach to a missing submit button?
