Autoresponder on two forms is not working

    Hello,

    I'm having trouble with the auto responder working with two forms:

    • TEST: https://form.jotform.com/80494515122149

    • Phoenix Internet 15Mbps Order Form

    During my test submissions, not auto responses are received but we do receive form submission notifications via email.

    I have checked your Test form and see that the autoresponders to stevek@kricun.com are not being sent since the email address is in our bounce list. I have now removed it from the bounce list and you should be able to receive the emails without any issue.

    I have checked the other form and see that there are autoresponders set on the form. The two email notifications on the form are set to be sent by some conditions. Please be noted that the email notifications/autoresponders set with conditions will be sent only when the rules set in the conditions are passed. If you are referring to the notifications on the form, please review the conditions set on the form to send the emails.
