If I purchase the plan that only accepts 10 payments, what if I get more than that in one month? Do the forms just stop working?
And can the payment block be integrated into your form and be mandatory before sending the information.

If you received more than 10 payment your forms will be disabled and your users will not be able to use them. You will be notified via an email that you reached your account limit and that your forms will be disabled unless you upgrade your account to a higher plan. You will have one day to do it.
You can make your payment fields required. This can be done inside of the Filed Properties.
