I created an event registration form for a nursing event. I have a question regarding the guest list section. For each guest, I want a drop down list at the end of the name for the meal selection for each guest. How can I include the guest name and the meal section drop down list all on the same line for the same guest?  Is this possible? Thank you.

I did check your form "EventRegistrationForm" but could not locate any dropdown for meal selection. Please note that you can add dropdown question and take advantage of our shrink feature to place the form fields next to each other. The following guide should help you in form field positioning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning

I have cloned your form and working on it to display meals dropdown next to each guest. I will also work on the condition as well to show the desired number of guest fields as well.

I will get back to you on this soon.

Please take a look at the following cloned form where I have added meals dropdown (you have change option in each field) and also added condition to display the number of guest & meals fields:  https://www.jotform.com/80501844724959

Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you need any other changes.
