Content missing in transfer between Jotform inbox and email form

    Hello.  We have a problem where the Jotform inbox shows the form being completed correctly, with all information, but when it is transferred through to our Hotmail account, a large bundle of information (questions and answers) are lost.

    Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue. I have tested out and in my case it was working fine?

    I have cleared your forms cache, please make a test submission and provide the screenshot if the issue persists. Thank you!

    Hi Ardian.  No, still not working.  Here's a copy of where it skips:


    As above all of our dogs will benefit from 1-1 behaviour support with an accredited IMDT force free trainer in the first few weeks. Some of our younger dogs will also benefit from an 8 week puppy training course along side behaviour support. Are you happy to commit to training, which must be booked and paid in advance of collection? Yes
    Do you have a preference in gender? male
    Preferred age? Puppy
    Are you willing to adopt a dog with minor medical issues e.g eye drops, heart medication, skin problems? yes
    Will you allow Glendee Rescue to do a home visit prior to and after adoption? yes
    Glendee Rescue is a non-profit making dog rescue centre. We are only able to rescue dogs from death with the help of financial support and fundraising. We use adoption fees to enable us to rescue more dogs. Are you happy to pay the non-negotiable adoption fee of £175 for a dog or £200 for a puppy? y

    I have cloned your form and I was not able to reproduce the missing content issue in email.

    Please check back again and if the issue still exists, you can remove the current notification email and add it back again and check.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Sorry for still having this issue.

    Please follow these steps for a test purpose.

    1. Clone my form to your account: https://form.jotform.com/80505480688968

       https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    2. Test the form and submit it. After submission, check if the missing field issue still exists.

        If yes, please send us a screenshot of your submission email with skipping fields.
