    On the Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "Download Zip"

You will have the form and all related files including the CSS and JavaScript files. You can now edit anything on those files. "This field is required" is located in js/jotform.js file.

    Thanks Aytekin

However in my case all forms are implemented through iframes and I would like to keep it that way.

It would be great if localization was available through the general Jotform admin pages.
