I’d like to speak to someone about a refund

    Thanks it’s just embarrassing that my customers are complaining and unable to make a booking. I’m unsure how you expect me to pay for a service which is clearly failing. I’d like to speak to someone about a refund

    Upon checking the original post of this question, I would like to let you know that the issue, you reported, is being fixed by our developers.  

    In case you still want to cancel your subscription at the end of the billing period, please follow this link:

    However, if you want to downgrade your account immediately and get a refund for it, please confirm it so that we can process the downgrade procedure.
