Why is sub-account created limited to free plan features?

    Hello,

I created an account with Silver subscription for the business purposes in STM Group Ltd. I also created additional users within the same account and I need them to be part of the same account. But for some reason, they all have their own basic limited accounts rather than being part of one account that I am paying a Silver subscription for. Please advise how to resolve this, as I expect all users to take advantage of the subscription that STM Group is paying for. But at the moment they are restricted to limited use of their own basic accounts.

    Kind regards,

    Peter Bogats

Apologies for the challenges you are facing. Kindly note that on creating sub user account each account is independent. If you were creating an a sub-user account, note that the sub-account is an independent account that has forms shared with it as per the guide below.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

If you need to have the forms take advantage of the basic plan you have subscribed to then all forms you share with the sub-user accounts must be created from the Main Account such that the main account is the custodian of all the forms that have been shared with the sub-accounts.

Kindly note that since sub-accounts are independent then the limits are applied to forms created by sub-accounts
