can a from remember information for 24 hours so the client doesn't lose all info if they refresh the page etc?

Also, my clients seem to be getting the page stuck when they press submit. just tried myself and because i had missing info, the submit button was stuck on please wait. How can I fix this?

Since these are two issues I have addressed the issue of page getting stuck on submit in the thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1390195-Why-is-form-getting-stuck-on-pressing-submit-button

On the issue regarding having form remember user data or 24 hours, we have a feature called "Form Autofill" which allows storage of form data in browser for up to 24 hours or until user deletes browser cache.

Below is how you can set this up on your form.

Related feature for permanent storage of form data

Another related feature is the feature of saving form and allowing user to continue later. This is a permanent. this feature allows users to continue filling the form later or making changes to the forms later on after they have submitted or have not finished filling the form but they have refreshed the form.

This is a better option for users who want to enable the feature where your users can edit the form later after they have made their submissions. This is also the best solution for uses who have very long form. below is a guide on how you can setup your form to "Save and continue later"
