Google spreadsheet integration suddenly stops updating even when leaving sheet intact.

I have integrations on my forms to connect to a spreadsheet on Google Drive- automatically.

However, this connection is breaking. At random. I haven't made any changes to my google drive or to my jotform.

What could be causing this interruption to disconnect the forms to my google drive?

For the moment we aren't experiencing any issues with Google Drive integration. Can you please provide more information about the issue? A screenshot or something similar that would help to investigate the issue. We will be waiting for your reply. Thank you!

yes I can send you many screenshots where my google spreadsheet does not match up to my jotform submissions.

These are a few of the issues, but there are more forms in my account that are having problems:

    AMC Inside Form

    HSC Interior Form

There have been submissions as of yesterday, 2/19 and last date on my spreadsheet was 2/6

Did something happen on 2/6 with jotform connections?

Not that we know of, probably the connection was interrupted due to a temporary glitch. Please  try removing the integration and integrating back again. All data will be properly updated in the new spreadsheet.

the problem is- I have scripts on those spreadsheets that time out when a "glitch" occurs.

Everytime i disconnect the integration, the script goes away. That script code is connected to a data platform that allows us to look at the total form submissions from particular jotforms.

Probably the scripts are causing the issue. Please note that any edit or modification to the integrated spreadsheet, can cause the integration to stop working.

You could try using the import range to pull the data from the integrated spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet where you can apply your scripts: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/3093340?hl=en

I removed all my scripts from my google sheets and still, the forms were disconnected from jotform to my google drive.

These sheets are left alone in the google drive and yet they were disconnected on the 28th.

What would be causing this form leads to disconnect?

The submissions should have been sent if the spreadsheet is intact, please note that after removing the scripts, you should remove  the integration and add it again, please do this since this should clear any issue with the existing integrated sheets.

Please try this and let us know if the problem persists.

    Looking forward to your response.

I did remove the integrations and reconnected the forms after I removed the scripts and still the spreadsheets are not updating in real time...

I have successfully pushed the missing data through to your AMC Inside Form

The HSC interior Form was unsuccessful:

Have you given any consideration to using Excel instead of Google sheets. Because in JotForm Excel is built in. So there are much fewer problems.

    How-to-Create-an-Excel-Report

Google sheets is an external integration. So we get these problems allot of the time.
