Form is stuck on "Please wait..." when pressing submit button due to the unknown calculation code

    Also, my clients seem to be getting the page stuck when they press submit. just tried myself and because i had missing info, the submit button was stuck on please wait. How can I fix this?

    I tested your form several time and i was not able to replicate the issue. Would you kindly clear your browser cache and test again.

    I have also cleared your form cache, kindly test and let us know if the issue happens again.

    Hello,
    My client has had the same problem again today, my cache shouldn’t effect their problems?
    Also, I have received a form entry from Amber last night at 9:19pm via email byt cannot see this on my submissions on my jotform account?

    The first method uses the iframe which is not prone to any Javascript conflicts and I think this method should resolve your issue.

    Hello!
    I have tried both ways.
    I have now got the app version on there and the form just gets stuck when you press submit saying please wait…. And nothing happens.

    I would recommend you use the iframe method to embed your form to your website. Below is a guide how to get iframe code of your form which you can use to embed to your website.

    I was able to reproduce the problem in your form by simply clicking the submit button without filling any fields.

    There clearly is a bug in your form. The submit button text should not be changing into "Please wait..." when there are required fields unfilled. It should suppose to perform the required validations which fail due to some errors in the calculation script upon my investigation.

    What's weird is that deleting the calculation field does not affect the source code. There's a piece of calculation code that is stuck in your form source code not until you delete the payment field.

    I have forwarded this to our developers for further investigation. We will let you know here once this is fixed.

    Unfortunately, there is no update on this yet.

    The issue should be resolved if you remove the Payment Integration and add it again (you might need to reconfigure the Payment Integration fields such as Installation ID and Currrency).
