We are not able to receive email notifications after submitting the "ESL/GED Orientation Interest Form", but are able to receive email notifications from the "Campus Reporting Form" . I put the same email address (webmaster@wcjc.edu) in both forms. Why I can not receive email from ESL/GED Orientation Interest Form?

It is not working, because you have created a condition for it, which is sending the notification to a non-valid recipient:
Simply, delete that condition, and the notification will be sent to the recipients you have listed in it. Let us know if you have more questions.
